Connect Esquire is Masterminding for Lawyers, by Lawyers. We are a membership community focused on helping our Members grow personally, professionally, and financially. Our Mastermind Meetings and Quarterly Growth Conferences are a space where you can share personal and professional growth strategies, have candid conversations with other Members, and be open, honest and vulnerable in a judgment-free zone. We are a creative community of like-minded attorney entrepreneurs who are here to support one another and to get to the next level.

The idea of Connect Esquire came to me while I was in law school. I felt there was a need to connect a community of like-minded attorney entrepreneurs from all over; a place where Members can share stories, achievements, failures and mastermind with other Members in a safe and judgment-free setting, with the ultimate goal of supporting one another and growing together.
When I first started my legal practice, I was a complete mess. I was disorganized, overwhelmed and frustrated with the inner workings of running a business and practicing law. It was not until I was introduced to a business coach, that my life started to transform into something I was proud of.
My Business Coach first helped me understand the person I wanted to become. By starting with my own personal growth, I was able to set personal goals and really dig deep into discovering my values and perspective on life. We then took my personal growth and applied it to my businesses. This is when I started experiencing exponential growth in both my personal and professional life.
Although I am still on my journey of growth, I felt that now was the right time to launch a community with other like-minded attorneys and entrepreneurs. A place where I can share my journey, my failures, and my successes. Here at Connect Esquire, we care about the communities we serve and hope to help transform our Member’s lives for the better, both personally and professionally.

I have always loved business development and connecting with other people. I started networking even before becoming an attorney. Throughout my journey to establish a name for myself within the legal community, I found a passion in focusing my networking efforts on meeting strong and like-minded women.
I have had the privilege of mentoring other women and helping them grow both personally and professionally. I feel like a proud mom whenever I witness someone thriving after utilizing the advice and guidance I provided them. My true purpose in life is to help empower women in the legal industry reach their true potential.
I used to be one of those people who thought it was silly to read self help books. Until I did it! Now I am on a quest for continued learning and growth. Books like the Success Principles, Think and Grow Rich, Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Go Giver have been truly life changing. These books inspired me to align my passions with my husband’s passions and start Connect Esquire.
I am excited to include all the members in on my journey for learning and growth.
